Adam Lambert is a Rock God!
Adam Lambert has taken the nation by storm on the hit T.V. show American Idol. He is easily the best vocalist to take the stage in the history of the show.
I have to admit, I was a little unsure when I first watched his audition. Honestly, he seemed a little gay for my taste. Im still not so sure that he's not a flaming homo. Nonetheless, he can sing. Not only can he sing but he is a performer of the highest caliber. Week after week he has put the other contestants to shame with his explosive performances. To me, Adam Lambert is in the same category as performers such as Steven Tyler, Freddy Mercury, and David Lee Roth to name a few. There really are not many performers that can top Adam Lambert. Im sure the producers of American Idol are loving the market share that Adam brings to the show. Millions and Millions of people tune in each week soley to be entertained by his high class performances. He will easily take the gold in this years finale and will go on to become an international superstar.

1. Bohemian Rhapsody(Queen)
This was Adam's audition song. He immediately blew the judges and everyone in the United States away. Anyone with any musical introspect knew he was going to be the next American Idol from this point.
2. Whats Up(4 Non Blondes)
3. Some Kind of Wonderful(Soul Brothers Six)
This is the week that America began to see the personal side of Adam Lambert. Not only was he a great solo performer, he was able to collaborate with other artists and add something to overall group performance.
4. Believe(Cher)
This week, Adam did a little more to reinforce the suspected gayness. While still a great performance, are you serious Adam???? Cher?
5. I Cant Get No Satisfaction(Rolling Stones)
Anyone that hadnt already decided they loved Adam Lambert was sold this week. This was a killer perform
ance.
6. Black or White(Michael Jackson)
7. Ring of Fire(Johnny Cash)
The first thought when hearing that Adam Lambert was performing a Johnny Cash song was that this would be the week Adam would let everyone down. He did the exact opposite and some, taking himself an even higher level of awesomeness.
8. The Tracks of My Tears(The Miracles)
9. Play that Funky Music(Wild Cherry)
What to say about this performance??? Wow. Adam was personally involved in the arrangement of the tune. The performance start off very groovy, without the cliche guitar riff, then exploded into a chorus likened to the finale of a Disney World 4th of July fireworks show.

11. Feeling Good(Sammy Davis, Jr.)
This was Jazz week on American Idol. It was no surprise that Adam transformed himself once again, giving a hot performance.
12. Born to Be Wild(Steppenwolf)
Wow! There are not words to describe this performance by Adam Lambert.
13. If I Cant Have You(Yvonne Elliman)
14. Whole Lotta' Love(Led Zepplin)
This was the first time in the history of American Idol that a Led Zepplin song had been performed. Adam slaughtered the song, making it his own, wailing his way to the end like Robert Plant.
15. Slow Ride(Foghat)
Adam and Allison performed this song as part of the debut of duets on American Idol. Both performers were amazing.

17. Cryin'(Aerosmith)
Probably one of my less favorite performances from Adam. He was still better than everyone else on the show. A great vocal performance from Adam but there were times when a backup vocalist was too much in the front. Some may have even been confused as to whether it was Adam or the backup singer.
As of the date of this article, there are 3 contestants left on American Idol, Danny Gokey, Kris Allen, and Adam Lambert. It is my educated opinion that Adam Lambert will win this competition and go on to do great things with his acting and musical career.
