A sense of humor is among the benevolent attributes of successful and happy people. A really good humor is befitting in dealing with problems, tensions, stress, and any other negative vibes that can affect an individual. It essentially improves relationships and helps a person attain a positive outlook in life.

And then, make another list that contains anything and everything that strengthen and enliven your spirit, that every time some crisis occurs, you have the reason to fight it and the flexibility to see through and be triumphant. This is a way to bring back the good old days, to remind yourself of all the best things that you are blessed with in your life. The lists will be a constant reminder that you have indeed, countless reasons to smile and be happy, and not be wallowed in miseries. Good enough reasons for you to keep a really good sense of humor.
The lists mentioned above do not have to be completed in a single sitting. Take your time. You may spend one to two months to complete it. On the process, you can take with you a small notebook or a diary and a pen so you can write down things as they pop into your pretty mind from time to time. You may not be aware of it, but it is one way of creating a habit to smile and to develop further your sense of humor.
