Michael Jackson's death has sadened many of his loyal fans, yet many people believe they knew what the famous singer was like as a person. I remember growing up with his music in the 1980s and watching him perform his famous moon walk on television. The public can not say how Michael Jackson's childhood (or lack of it), drived him of a stable adulthood. It appears the young Michael Jackson was used for his voice as he became the family's lead singer at a young age.

Personally I wasn't a fan, yet it seems sad that a grown man had to create his own fantasdy land in order to have the sort of life he was denied as a child. Allegations of pedaphillia were rife during the 1990s which he was cleared of after much deliberation by the courts. The allegations tarnished his reputation both as a man and as a singer which is still debated world wide. To all intents and purposes, he had some success with hits such as Thriller, and Bad, which were popular in the United States, Australiaa, and other parts of the world.I can not understand why his music was so successful, yet I acknowledge that he must have been as images of people attending his concerts and buying his cd's were prominent in the 80s and early 90s.

It is impossible to ignore the fact that Michael Jackson was accused of pedaphillia. Despite being acquitted of the charge his reputation was tarnished despite his success with hits such as Bad and Thriller. He still has fans who were, and still are, genuinely sadened by his death and may always feel that way. It seems that Michael Jackson will always have some fans despite his behaviour away from the stage. In conclusion whatever people may thing of Michael Jackson as a man and a singer, he was deprived of a childhood which influenced his behaviour in later life.
