It happens too often that the cover of a DVD seems interesting but one does not take the chance of renting it because one has never heard about the contents and it will be a waste of money to try it and actually find out that the story is plain boring.
Stephen King´s ¡°The Fog is one movie that gives me chills just thinking of it. If one is into surprise or twisted endings then this movie would get you thinking from start to end. The story is easy to follow and has different peaks. Love, disaster, religion, confusion, fighting, teamwork, trust endurance, family and above all patience is a mixture of what the movie offers.
Stephen King´s imagination really went wild this time. Well, he has a reputation for writing good stories. As a person who is so much into good films, this movie is extremely outstanding because it keeps one guessing on what is going to happen next throughout the d
uration of the film. It was a relief to notice the characters not doing the typical things like in all the other thrillers that I have seen. The story could be real. The excitement of having the feeling that one is actually involved in the movie is just incredible. If that's what Stephen was trying to do then he got me good and he nailed it.
Unfortunately, I cannot say what the story is about because then the excitement might not be as good as just writing a report of how I find the movie on a whole. I honestly dont want to ruin the surprise. I am recommending this to anyone that is fond of good action and chilling stories. So, if you are planning a night of fun with friends or loved ones and you share the same taste of good thrillers with excitements, start popping some corn, get some sodas, find your favorite blanket and make sure to sit close to someone. Make sure when you get to the video store you don't leave without this in hand because ¡°The Fog is the movie for you.
