Humor is the quality or ability of

good sense of humor has a lot of benefits. Humor helps people solve problems
faster and easier, establish good relationships and have positive outlook in

Looking at things with a good
sense of humor will allow you to have good control over what is going on with
your life. You know that you do not have power over some of the things that are
happening in your life but you can control how you perceive them or how you

One good way to identify if a
person has a good sense of humor is if takes his problems seriously but not

you through tough times and remind you that even if you are surrounded at the
moment by problems, there are also good things out there.
Writing down everything that makes
you happy is not that simple. To start off with your list, include everything
that makes you smile immediately once you have thought of it. Such examples include
going to the beach, watching a funny movie, playing with your pet dog and
kissing somebody you love dearly.
Do not finish your list over
night. At least, spend one to two months completing it. It is best that you
always carry with you a small pocket notebook or diary wherever you go. By
doing this you can be sure to jot down everything that comes into your mind or
anything that you are currently doing that you enjoy.
As you create your “happy
thoughts” list, you will also find that many of the things that make you happy
are things you do with or for a person you care about. Take the chance to know
more about the people in your life and the things that give them joy. This will
allow you to continue making people around you happy, which in turn will even
make you happier.
After two months you should have
come up with more than a hundred things that you enjoy on your list. The list
that you created will be a crucial part in the development of your sense of
humor. A good sense of humor can help you face even the biggest problems that
are burdening you.
