Tips in modelling
One of the article I have informed you some tips in Acting so today I thought I should give you some tips in Modeling,as both are very different professions many have a misunderstanding that both modeling and acting are very similar.
Just refer few tips on Modeling as it will help you to groom yourself,
1) The most important and basic part to be fit,eat healthy,many female models dont eat at all I really dont know who advice them not to eat for 1-2 days,that is rubbish,you have to eat healthy mainly sprouts, lots of fruits and juices and a regular workout in a gym is a must to be in good shape.
2) Be clean, whenever someone calls you or whenever you go for an assignment or work,for males no big nails and no funky dresses and no show off,many male aspiring models show off, acting to be very smart and as they have done lots of assignments in the past and demanding and they loose by getting nothing,nowadays female aspiring models have the same problem.
3) Personality Development-Avoid jealously between opponents and try to keep a healthy competition ignore people in the modeling industry who discourage you and be with positive people and be with the peopl
e you think they can help you for giving some work and you can help them in return,be as normal guy or a girl the more you show an attitude the more you will go backward in this modeling industry.
4) Try to wear clothes which are in fashion but also be careful of what you are wearing, if you have a meeting with an event manager or a fashion designer or any other person who can give you work,remember fashion means comfort,whatever you wear you should be comfortable with it, even a taste of current fashion in your old pair of jeans can do wonders.
5) For girls,use make up,but please dont paint you face like your apartment,a light make up will impress the ad maker or fashion designer,you really dont have to wear a lot of make up,use make up but dont pain your face with it.
6) Very important-For both girls and guys,try to be a regular member of the most happing pubs and night clubs and parties,there you will meet a lot a ad maker,designers and may be film director too,be in regular contact with them,as more you be in touch with them,the more there are chances you getting good work.
